windows resource protection found corrupt files but was aunable to fix

i tried chkdsk ... it's not working at restart...
however when i ran sfc / scannow at command prompt

it says

"windows resource protection found corrupt files but was aunable to fix some of them.. details are included in the cbs.log windir/logs/cbs/cbs.log

so how do i go about fixing the issue?

Try running SFC several times. It cannot fix all at once.
If it cannot be repaired and the corruption is substantial, try a repair install.
