Windows no disk

Hi i keep getting a windows no disk message, it says (Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x000007FEFE07240 0x0000000000000004 0x000007FEFE0E7240 0x000007FEFE0E7240) I think it has somthing to do with my usb flash drives but im not sure, I changed the drive letter paths on both flash drives but i still get the message when i plug one in, and the computer usually shuts down shortly after, if anyone has any information on this that might help i would really appreciate it thanks
