i notice that windows 7 has widnow smedia player 12.. is it going to be soon available to vista ultimate users? or is it beta testing still?

oh i see, i installed windows 7 onto my test lap top and it already has windows media player 12... and i like the new paint it has, i assume thats going to be soon released? but then if you upgrade to windows 7 you lose tinker i hope they add tinker in ultimate windows 7 on final release
