windows media player vista

wmp on vista dont show me video no more ????????????????????????????? when i play any video file on it its only plays sound i have install codec same thing !!!! i have remove iTunes , divx player and the codec and wmp dont show no video just sound,,, i dont have any restore point and i really dont wanna reinstall vista again :S
so if there any way to reinstall wmp on vista ???????


im running Vista Home Premium 32bit OS

Try to copy this dll files and saved it on desktop as .cmd file by save as filename.cmd. Once you save the file, it will create another file on the desktop with the same file name, try to run it.

This will re - register the windows media player files and resolve the issue. Good luck.

Try to deinstall your graphic card, then reinstall it on reboot, that should fix the problem

Hi,
I am running Vista Home Premium 32bit os. After the install of SP1, my DVD Drive stopped working. I got in touch with microsoft and their troubleshooting issue did not work. If I try the above dll`s will this cure the problem? Thanks
