Windows Media Connect

Sorry, people, I'm just too lazy to wander around here(and don't know how to use the search), so I'll just throw in a "new" thread...

So, I have Vista x64 and my digibox manual tells me to install Windows Media Connect so I can play my files(photos, music, videos etc.) on my Telly via this sheitbox. Please, if anyone could help me? I googled it in a million ways(Not really), but couldn't find out which gadget does the trick...HELP!

It says "Windows Media Connect is the easiest way to deliver music, photos, and video from your Windows XP computer to your stereo and television"

So that's for XP only?
