Hello I am still having a problem with my windows mail, everytime I leave windows mail I get this message.

(Windows mail has stopped working) and then opens up to this when I have all the up-dates because they are automatic, plus it takes forever,,,very slow to open windows mail so if anyone can help iin some way I would be very greatful.

I would download the most current Windows Live Mail 2011. Windows Mail is quiet old.
or use one of the many free mail services.
Start with a system restore point in case you do not like the service that you get.

Thunderbird is good.
