When I try to go on windows mail I get an error message come up Ox800CCCOD and I cannot recieve or send mail so I have to use "Sky e-mail" Can anyone tell me what this error code means please

the error code Ox800CCCOD is a server rejection. Basically something is wrong in the info you are sending. Like user name thats wrong, or password that has a bad number in it.

Try making sure all the info is correct, try it, and let us know
