windows mail

when i get mail useing mail washer it opens mail program but mail dosnt down load

i have to click send and recieve

ive not changed anything

ill not really worry as win 7 next week
but was wondering if any one had a clue

Does mail washer have any settings you can adjust?

MailWasher will just launch the Windows Mail program (it's an email previewer) - it won't tell it to download the emails. You've gotta do that in Windows Mail.

To do that you've gotta go to Options, then in the General tab tell it to check for emails at startup.

up to yesterday it did it

just installed updates had to reboot computer and then i got mail and it worked as its supposed to go figure

red trangle says for spam

in the update was junk mail update
when i was haveing prob it wasnt showing i wonder if the new update that fixed it
