Windows Mail undisclosed recipents problem

Help - having a little problem I just don't know how to get around..
My brother sends me email and in the From field I see his name and email address and in the To field I see Undisclosed-Recipients (and nothing else). I understand he is using the BCC field to hide everyone else's email address from me and everyone else. This is all well and good, but I can't get my Windows Mail to act that way. I tried a test and sent myself an email:

When I get the email I sent myself, it shows From: my name and email address (which is fine), but in the To field it shows Undisclosed Recipients AND MY EMAIL ADDRESS. How do I get my email address NOT to show in To field. In other words, I just want Undisclosed Recipients to show in the To field when it is sent, NOT Undisclosed Recipients<my email address>

Thanks for any help!

I suggest you repeat your experiment but this time, don't send the mail to yourself as a blind recipient, but quote your own name in the To field then add your address in brackets as a Blind recipient. You should then receive two copies of the mail and one of them should look as you want it to.

I tried your suggestion and quoted my name in the To field and put my email address in brackets in the BCC field - tried to Send and it said it doesn't recognize my name (the one in quotes in the To field).
I just don't understand how people set this up because I get email from several people I know and theirs comes to me like this:

From: name(email address)

To: Undisclosed receipients

There's got to be a way I can set this up - it shouldn't be difficult. I feel like I'm missing a step or something. I've followed all the steps here...How to Send an Email to Undisclosed Recipients in Windows Mail or Outlook Express - About Email
for Windows Mail and it still won't display the way I want it to, like above in the To: Undisclosed receipients

But, hey, thanks for taking the time to respond-you were the only one.

I can accomplish almost what I want with this undisclosed receipients thing...
I just put everyone in the Bcc field when sending and the To field shows: none
So, I guess that'll have to do.
