Help! I have a co-worker who is having issues with her Windows mail sending 84 copies of each email.

Most common reason for this is anti virus scanning of the email. Turn off that feature or turn off antivirus, as a test. Then report back

We have tried this and it did not help. It gives the following error message:

Does this happen when she sends a new email, or just when she replies to one she has received? Could she be using Reply All (in which case a reply is sent to all recipients, including the sender, of the message she is replying to) instead of just Reply which merely sends a reply to the sender.
