See if this article I found for you is any help, if you need any help with it don't hesitate to come back and ask us.

Error 0x800CCCOF Connection to the Server was Interrupted

#1 - The most common reason for this error happening is due to an SMTP connection error. In plain english this means that your computer is trying to send and email but the remote email server that it is connecting too is refusing to accept it.
If you are connected to the Internet through ATT, and you attempt to send messages by using an account other than your ATT e-mail account, you may receive the 0x800cccof error message.

This behaviour can occur because ATT does not allow email messages to be sent to another Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) email server while you are connected to their network.
...so make sure you are ONLY sending email using an account on the ATT network. To check this you will need to access the setup for the offending email account. It should have the SMTP server of your ISP and not that of any other. This sometime happens when you change provider but forget to change your email setup!
#2 - Try to increase the server timeout setting in your email software.

For instance in Outlook Express this would be:

Start Outlook Express
On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
Click your POP3 account, and then click Change.
Click More Settings.
Click the Advanced tab.
Gradually increase the server timeout setting
...other email software may be different to access the setting.
