Windows Mail issue

I'm getting a Windows Security window when I try to retrieve emails from Windows Mail. It asks for User Name and Password. When I enter the info, I then get an error message from my IPS, the Security window pops up again and it becomes a revolving door . I can't get my emails. Microsoft, HP and my IPS have no answers. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Two possible scenarios for that problem

Either the email provider's server is not working correctly or your settings are not correct. The settings are items like password, port numbers, and name of your account ([email protected])

Go to the website of your provider and check for corrrect settings.
