Windows Mail cannot read HTML mesages

Good morning Techies,

I just encountered a problem with my Windows Mail in that I cannot read HTML format in my E-mails. I got a message stating: "If you are seeing this message your E-mail may not be compatible with HTML". I'm sure I must have misset some "options" in the TOOL section, but I don't have a clue what to set? My Windows Mail used to work correctly. Hopefully you can help me regain HTML messages so I can red them. Thank you for your able help. :D
