Lately I have been receiving some junk mail like " delivery report failure" in my hotmail inbox... Tried to access my account from a different pc but still got the same answer. Tried to use the "Windows Live support" but i got the message that i am not signed in - But this is the problem how on earth am I supposed to be signed in if I am blocked??? Is there a possibility of getting unblocked? Thanx

exxxclusive,
You need to ask the Hotmail Customer Service to unblock the account for you. We cannot unblock it.

anapaula,
Você precisa perguntar o Hotmail Atendimento ao Cliente para desbloquear a conta para você. Não podemos desbloqueá-lo.

For staffs and administrators, where it has the message for anapaula is the same as for exxxclusive. feel free to use the google translator if you think im wrong.

Here are some troubleshooting steps for being unable to sign-in to any Windows Live services: Sign In Failure.

If it is a password issue, see the following: https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx.

If the above doesn't work, then try posting a question to get assistance - I've added the specific page on which to post the question: Windows Live Solution Center.

You can also try posting a question by clicking on the ask a question link in the following forum: Sign in, Sign up, and Account Security Threads.

Most of these will take some time, so you need to be patient. There isn't a phone number you can call for immediate assistance. I've given you both Hotmail and Live ID locations as I'm not certain where the block is located or which is creating the block (or why). You should mention all of that in your post. I also suggest you do not post your email address unless on a page that requests it - don't post it in a forum question where it can be seen by everyone. If those who respond to help you need it, they will provide you a way to give it to them that is safer.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!

Here are some troubleshooting steps for being unable to sign-in to any Windows Live services: Sign In Failure.

Turn off your "Automatic Sign in" feature:
1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Double-click "User Accounts."
3. Follow one of these steps:
-If your computer is joined to a domain, click the "Advanced" tab, and then click "Manage Passwords."
-If your computer is not joined to a domain, click your account name, and then click "Manage my network passwords" under "Related Tasks."
4. Select the Windows Live ID for which you want to remove the credentials, click "Remove," and then click "OK."
5. Click "Close" to close the "Stored User Names and Passwords" dialog box and save your changes.
- To remove a saved account from your sign in page, click on the "X" mark after the e-mail address.

If it is a password issue, see the following: https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx.
