Windows Explorer "Open With" Problem

When i right-click images to open an image editing program under "Open With" all it shows is "Open With", and the only sub-option is "Open With". Is it fixable?

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
well, i think it was caused by a virus

Well then dont guess
Make a full and updated anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes
If positive post and we will help

It was a while back when i got the virus, and i've made many scans w/ malwarebytes since then. The virus is probably gone, but the damage remains.

Have you set your default programs again.
It may restore them again for you if you enter them again for the first time.
