Windows Error can't DL MWBytes

Guys, sorry if this is maybe in the wrong area. But this is driving me insane. I can't DL any .exe at all. I miss my MWBytes and SAS so much. Please help. Thanks. Error message.

what device or path are you trying to use? are you trying to save a dl or open one?

I'm not very PC savvy, but I can find my way around the net and not too much else with all the 'techie' stuff. It's when I DL Mawarebytes, Superantispyware, Avira, etc, etc. I think it's all dling, and then, hoopla - it disappears. All I ever get is a folder and not the company icon. Then that dang message.
