Windows Diagnostic Screen

Hi,

I had to reformat my hard drive due to some problems. Whenever I boot up my computer I get a "pop up" screen asking if I wish to run Windows Vista or perform a PC Dianostic Test. This screen follows the blue BIOS screen. I never had this screen prior to my reformatting my hard drive. There must be a disable button somewhere I can activate so I do not see this "pop up" screen again? :)

New to me. What type and model of computer?

Is that the exact wording, i.e. PC Dianostic Test? Anything in the window to identify the program? I presume you reinstalled Vista; from an install copy or recovery disks?

Does it come up before of after the hard drive starts to boot? Anything in the BIOS about diagnostics?
