Windows Diagnostic Screen

Hi,

I had to reformat my hard drive due to some problems. Whenever I boot up my computer I get a "pop up" screen asking if I wish to run Windows Vista or perform a PC Dianostic Test. This screen follows the blue BIOS screen. I never had this screen prior to my reformatting my hard drive. There must be a disable button somewhere I can activate so I do not see this "pop up" screen again?

New to me. What type and model of computer?

Is that the exact wording, i.e. PC Dianostic Test? Anything in the window to identify the program? I presume you reinstalled Vista; from an install copy or recovery disks?

Does it come up before of after the hard drive starts to boot? Anything in the BIOS about diagnostics?
