i heard about windows built-in a program to unzip files
how can i find it and how it works

If you have a ZIP file on your computer, you should just be able to Double-Click it to open it. Once it's open it will look just like a normal window, make sure you Drag+Drop or Copy/Paste the files out of the ZIP folder before using them though (usullay to your Desktop, temporarily)!

Running programs from within ZIP archives is NOT usually a good thing!

If you want to ZIP your own files using Windows, select all the files and folders you want to ZIP and Right-Click them. From there you can select "Send To", and then "Compressed (zipped) Folder".

my real problem is that, i dont remember how long ago, i downloaded winrar, now im trying to delete it says that i need an authorization
so where can i get that authorization or what else can i do ???

Are you trying to delete WinRAR or a zip file?

If you're tryingto delete WinRAR, then you should rather go through Control Panel:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Click "Programs"
3. Click "Programs and Features"
4. Find "WinRAR archiver" in the list, select it, then click Uninstall

If you're trying to delete a zip file, make sure that there are no programs currently using it, like WinRAR. In many cases, if an application is properly written, you cannot delete a file that it is currently using until that file is closed.

i already remored it by going in control panel but it is still in the program folder of the hard disk wtf è_é

If you've already removed it Control Panel, and it still exists in Program Files, then either it requires a reboot in order to remove the last remnants that may have been in use during the uninstall, or something serious has gone wrong to prevent it from being removed.

Letme guess - when you try and delete the WinRAR folder, you keep getting a "Try Again" message? That generally means that one or more EXE or DLL files in that folder are currently running in memory.

It's a "shoot first and ask questions later" approach, but try this:

1. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode (Continually press F8 right after POST, but before Windows starts. Then select "Safe Mode" from the list.
2. Login to your user account
3. Try and delete the WinRAR folder
4. Restart the computer normally

And if you don't mind a suggestion? Try using WinZip 11.2 - It's compatible with Vista and I also supports decompressing RAR files but not creating them (ZIP is much better than RAR anyway).

You do not delete files when trying to remove programs - you open Control Panel, and go to Programs and Features, and find WinRAR and select it to be ***uninstalled***

That probably just UAC. If you are the only user, then just clicking on "Continue" should do the trick. If there are other user accounts, and yours is setup as a limited account, then you'll have to provide an administrators password.

Have you tried going into safe mode yet?

the problem is the rarext file inside the winrar one its says i need an authorization
wtf im not supposed to need anything its my damn pc

Try taking ownership of the folder and it's contents - http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67717-take-ownership-file.html. Maybe then you can delete it...
