Window Mobile Device Center won't install

I have Vista 64 Home Prem verson, and I had a hard time to install WMDC 6.1 to my computer. When I installed this software, it said fail to install. Then told me to go to C:\windows\Mobile center and run setup from here. I did what it told me, but I can't get it to install. After this failure installation, I saw Windows Mobile Device Center from Start Program. I cliked on it, and it tried to install the WMDC again, then gave me the same error message.
I spend hours and hours to google, but I can't find solution. Can anyone help me please.

Have you tried to install it in safe mode ?.

No, I have not tried to install on safemode, yet. Do you think it get conflicted with some driver?

It could be a conflict but i think it unlikely. Is this the driver you are using ?.

Stonys-Nutz, Was this driver the same as WMDC 6.1? I download WMDC 6.1 but not the one on your post.
If it was not the same, I will try the one on your post first than upgrade to WMDC 6.1.

Okay, I gave up installing the WMDC to my Vista. I tried to install the file above, safe mode, but still gave the same error "fail to install WMDC".
