I'm Going Crazy Here Please Help
Hi, I recently did an online update for my window vista and now I have a problem loading window vista in my computer. The following messages show on the screen:
WINDOW FAIL SCREEN:
Window failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Window installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language setting, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."
Other options:
If power was interuppted during start up, choose start windows normally.
(User the arrow keys to highlight your choice.")
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prom
Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)
Start Window Normally
WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR:
OPTION 1:
1. I set my computer to load the DVD drive first (100% sure I have set it right)
2. I loaded Window Vista disc through dvd drive, both options failed)
3. Message said loading window files and right after the bar showed fully loaded. Window automatically restart back to the "WINDOW FAIL SCREEN"
OPTION 2: (I have tried loading window with the following options below)
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prom
Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)
Start Window Normally
Window stalled for hours and wouldn't start.
I'm so frustrated because I can't even repair window vista or even reinstalled it. This happened right after I did a major window update online. Please Help!!
I'm 100% sure my dvd-rom is working because the light flashes and window files actually loading from the CD.
THANKS!!!!
