Win XP vs Vista 64

I'm currently using Windows XP Home and it's starting to have problems and needs a fresh install.
I was thinking of just upgrading to Vista 64, but I'm not sure of the advantages Vista 64 has over XP.
(Will be upgrading to 790FX/SB750 motherboard, maybe Xonar DX)
So what are some advantages of Vista 64?

- It's more aimed for the future.
- 64-Bit lets you have 4GB of RAM (or more).
- All the drivers of most important hardware/software are already available in 64 bit.
- If you have a 64-bit CPU, it will go faster in a 64-bit OS.
- Much more.
