Win Mail & Windows Live Mail Help

Greetings,

I have been running Win Mail 6.0.6 for some time. My ISP made some changes and I need to do one of two things. 1. Get help writing a mail rule that does the following when the incoming mail is addressed to both of out accounts; place one copy in the default inbox and place one copy in my pseudo inbox for the second account. 2. If this is not able to be done, then ask if Windows Live Mail( the one that resided on my machine not the web based version) will run on Vista 32 SP2 and if so, what is the best way to download it and get all the mail and settings transferred? I did try to download WLN2011 so I coulb be ready, however, when I selected customized installation, WLM said it was installed.

I believe all in all, moving to WLM is the best option....

Thanks in advance for your help!
