Will Dreamweaver CS3 slow down my 32-bit Vista

Hi can you please help me I need a urgent respond.

I wanna buy Dreamweaver CS3, but my Windows Vista operating system is 32-bit. If I install Dreamweaver CS3 will it slow the computer down or do I need a higher graphic card?

What about Dreamweaver CS4, will it run fine on Windows Vista operating system 32-bit or do I need a higher graphic system?
