why cant i delete this folder?

so i was trying to install a game and my computer crashed so i had to restart it.

then now i have a folder in start menu > all program > RebirthRO

when i right click it, it says < Expand

and thats the only option i get. i tried to refresh desktop and restart the computer many times.

ive also tried to search it and it comes up but i cant rename / delete / move the folder at all.

so fustrated >.<

Try that first if you have a restore point.
