Noticed I have a folder C:\Users\ReleaseEngineer.MACROVISION. It's security settings are the same as for the default user and it is available for all users.

Whats this? :sarc:

Do you have any programs (ex: Azureus) by Macrovision installed? If so, it may be from it.

Well yes, there is Macrovision Software Manager that Dell provided with the computer. There's no uninstaller and it's not in the control panel. Find it "funny" it installs a user, seems to be able to do anything on my computer. :( The folder date is later than my installation.

Do a search on your entire hard drive to see if there may be a uninstaller file named SoftwareManagerUninstall.exe. If so, run it to uninstall the program hopefully.

If not, then check in Startup Programs to see if these files (ISUSPM.exe
and issch.exe) is listed. If it is not clearly named, then you may need to temporarily disable the startupi programs one by one until you find out which one it is.

No installer, but these two are in the start up list. ISUSPM runs in memory. I decided to keep them for the warranty period and then disable. This is almost a rootkit behaviour, fiddling with the users like this. Good it did not create a user profile...
