where are my d*%n fonts?

Have laptop with Vista Home. had Word 2007 trial version...bought the authorized download and don't have any fonts now. hate WORD. hate the stupid themes. is there a way to bypass all the themes? am I not supposed to get any fonts? help please.

I'm not sure I understand here. To get to fonts, it should be as simple as:

1) Make sure the "Home" tab is selected.
2) Use the drop-down menu and select the font you want.

Or, you could type something and right click on it and you'll get a font toolbar that pops up. Again, the font drop down box is what you're looking for. The default font in Word 2007 is Calibri.

So, are these not coming up? Or are they blank? How is it they are missing?
