No, I'm sure I saw one for Vista, the update started with "KB" and think those mean it's vista. I can't remember what it was though, and I saw it in a thread on this site, and I can't seem to find it.

The KB <number> is the Microsoft Knowledge Base ID of the concerned update, so there's a number on all Microsoft updates, even those for Vista.
