No idea what it is

Can u use a recovery disc to re-install, i want to get rid of all the stuff i have

I dont have one, but Can i download if off the internet

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
I guess you could ask your manufacturer for recovery disks but prepare for a small fee for this. You cant get a windows OS for free unless you illegally download it but thats bad. You could go and buy a new OS. OR THIS. Do you have a recovery partition? To check go to control panel-administrative tools-computer management-storage-disk management and see if you have a partition with: No drive letter or name and a description which says "Healthy-Recovery partition". If you do try these keys at startup. F8, F10 or look on google for "How to access recovery partition for (your pc model here). Hope this works.
