I am just curios to know what other peoples mouse pads look like...
Here is mine...old Glory.....
I got it when I had my old HP never again with HP...nothing but trouble with that macine...sent back several times before they sent me a new one......
That is cool.. I want to get a new mat/pad eventualy, I ont know what I would get as in picture or style... I wouldn't mind if they had a Final Fantasy 7 theme one....
I use the desk most of the time, its just the mood I am in what I want to use.... The mat I want is going to be a Final Fantasy 7 one.. Love that game.... I just dont got the money right now....broke to the core....lol
I use the old rubber ball inside type wheel mouse. Mouse pad is plain gray. Any printing would effect traction. I know people will be amazed and say "why don't you get an optical mouse?" to which I reply "I like the idea that the paint on the left button it worn off so I can look inside the thing, and it still works fine." If it ain't broke why fix it?
exactly why fix it if it aint broke.... My mouse I had for like 6 years now, it is a logitech optical ..... My pad I had around the same time.... My wife's old mousepad before we gor married is Whinnie The Pooh... and i been married 10years....lol...Wish I could find it and Post it ojnline...Either lost or tossed I aint sure.l.now we all have laptops, and mine is the only one set up with a mouse for ease and comfort....

I liked the plain gray ones they used to sell at Sears. Very thick with good traction. But you can't buy them anymore. Closest I can get is OfficeMax gray thin ones. I have to put double sticky tape underneath to keep it from shifting around on the desk.
The Sears ones never wore out. But I cut one up for a noise dampener and lost the other one I had.
edit: the big difference is the thickness. The Sears ones were about 3/8" thick. The plain ones available now are 1/4" at best.
