Solved What is a DeploymentFlag?
I noticed in the registry that there are a number of entries called DeploymentFlags. I wonder what they are. Surprisingly, a search of the internet found nothing on them.

Deployment Flags is related to how that application was installed. For example I deployed Google Chrome to this machine by group policy and the deployment flag is 1. When I look at Microsoft Security Essentials the deployment flag is 3 because I locally installed it.
You can also find the locale ID for each software which determines the language for that application. More locale ID's below if you want to change them at all.
