All my drivers are installed and work fine!

If you bring up properties and then details you should be able to determine what is missing. For me I got those alerts once when I didn't install my sound card drivers and a multi-card reader.

Edit: If you did a re-install, also check to see that your motherboard chipset driver(s) are installed.

I already reinstall the chipset and card reader and audio drivers but still no solved !

and slove for me: PCI Serial Port

but still: PCI Simple Communications Controller is not solved !

and have you went to Windows update, and kept going back until no updates are available for your system?
