Is there any program i can use to monitor my hardwares temperatute?
And wich is the proper tempeture for Ram and Cpu?

Everest has software that can show voltage, temp. Doesn't your motherboard have software on the CD?

if you want watch your temperature CPu, its easy.
u can restart you computer and go to BIOS....after that in BIOS will show how high temperature now....
But its too complicated if we must go to BIOS for want look temperature
