I don;t want to be rude but that's probably the worst post I have seen for a long time. i know that was rude but...
You'll need to explain step by step and in a logical way. Imagine you are a mechanic and someone has rung you up with a problem with their car and think about what you want to hear to be able to help.
So from what you have written...
You wanted to improve Vista performance...
1) Why? What was wrong?
Vista or something else told you to try something.
2) what or who told you to do what?
So your solution was to kill the motherboard BIOS by removing the battery off the MB
3) Who told you to do this? You will now have to re-build from scratch
However, when you put battery back in and started nothing happen except for a few clicks.
Well..what did you expect after removing the battery? You have erased the BIOS information and will need to re-install it.
Do you have the necessary experience in doing this?
If not..I seriously suggest you take it to a PC repare shop.
