good day all
I installed xp today , b4 i was having vista x64 already. Now when i start my pc it dont show dual boot menu. Anybody help me to get the voot manager back? pls:geek:

It will as long as you installed them to separate partitions (different "sections" of a single hard drive that appear as two drives) or hard drives. If you installed XP on the same drive that Vista used to be on without first partitioning it, your Windows Vista installation is now gone.

You need to add XP into the boot manager with EasyBCD

Go to add remove entries then in the drop down box select your drive that XP is installed on, then select the second option in the type, then click on add entry and then click on save and then your boot menu should show.

If running EasyBCD from XP, You need to copy the C:\Windows\Boot folder from Vista and place it in C:\Windows in XP.

But since your in Vista, do as amansrm81 suggested and add XP to the boot manager.
