i am on a home network. There is a compaq 5750 hooked to HP 1320 printer, a laptop running vista - Acer Aspire 4720Z on the network and a HP pavilion dv7 running vista x64 hooked to Lanier AC122 fax/print/scanner.
the network is up and running but I can print from my dv7 to either printers. The AC122 disk will not load the drivers on my computer. how do i get drivers that are compatible for small network and vista x64. I have called both HP and Lanier and they are zero help. I need a step by step solution for someone not computer knowledgable. My dv7 said i needed the inf driver but i have had no luck finding the one that will work. I also cant get the desktop 5750 to print to AC122 even when i hook them up together. I tried and paid #39.99 for Driver Detective which was a complete ripoff.
