Hi can some please help me?
Windows won't startup on my pc,it said that it needs a startup repair so I clicked on that & left it running for 18hrs & nothing. So I switched my pc off & on again & pressed f8 & clicked start in safe mode but all I was getting was the Microsoft corporation screen. Is there anything that I can do that can solve this problem & I don't lose all my data??
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this matter as my pc was working fine then two days later I switch it on & this happens. I'm really worried about my data.
Many thanks

Hi

In addition to what richc46 has mentioned, run the built-in diagnostics provided by the manufacturer on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine.

Please post the results.
