Hello, I've been using a Windows Vista virtual machine for a while, but a couple of months ago, it started to be very laggy and slow. I installed VMware Tools, disabled Hyper-V, and did pretty much everything I thought of, and it's still not very fast, which is weird because when I used it before, it was at least usable.

For an old system like mine which has a hard drive, I would suggest going into Accessories, System Tools and running the Disk Cleanup. You can do that with your system, reboot and then run whatever trash cleanup utility that comes with your SSD.
