Solved vista ultimate oem

i understand that there is a vista ultimate oem which does not require activation. How does one go about getting a copy of this?

All windows versions need to be activated before the 30 days to use the full version. To get an OEM version you need to buy it from newegg.com for example.

You need to be a corporation with a volume license to get an install disk that doesn't require activation.
