vista sp2

ever since installing the vista sp2, i have had nothing but problems with my email. sign in is very very slow, and beside my inbox there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. i am getting my emails and able to send them but very slow

May I ask what email client (Windows Mail, Live, Thunderbird, Outlook) you are using and having these problems with?

After doing some research, unfortunately I was unable to find a solution to your problem.

okay...thanks...i'm still getting my mail, but i'll try that link. i did get an automatic windows update today when i came home from work and it seems to be better speed wise, but i still have the exclamation and yellow triangle going on...
