Vista Question

I have vista basic's and we all know how the top of the internet has a cool vista theme but for some reason mine isnt vista but looks almost like windows xp, everything else is the same like vista should look like for example the taskbar and start menu

Any help? Was some setting changed?

Can you right click the desktop, select Personalize, then Windows Color and Appearance. Finally, click the link to open classic appearance properties. Select Windows Vista Basic, then click apply and wait. Basic doesn't come with Aero so choose that option or the standard one.
