Vista Password Issue

Hello All

I have a Dell 1520 inspiron laptop, my ex wife has decided to change my password whilst I was on holiday on my laptop so I cant sign on at all and get access to my documents, please could someone help me gain access to my laptop either by disabling the passwords or resetting.

I have looked at them but my problem is the laptop wont let me make a reset disk to enable me to disable passwords etc ????? really stuck any ideas

Method three uses a 3rd party tool that will reset anything.
