Vista only problem.

I've been getting BSOD ONLY with Vista... I'm running Vista Home Premium SP1 on:

HD3850
X2 3800+
2GB DDR2-667
MSI K9VGM-V
380W Antec
80GB WD ATA-133

it happens randomly, too randomly to pinpoint the exact problem, so I wrote the code down:

0x00000123 stop error physical memory dump. I searched it on google and to avail a few people fixed it by over-clocking, I'm not sure if they over-clock their memory or CPU though, also I don't like over-clock, anyone wanna help me figure this out? I can give any information needed.

I'm also concerned about my CPU's voltage:

it's reading 1.27 right now which seems high concidering people with the Q6600 have around 1.27 X_X. Also what settings in the BIOS goes with RAM and CPU over-clocking?

like I said though XP runs fine, Vista does do this... I want to keep vista though, so I would really appreciate some help =)

Hi Phper.

Im surprised this BSOD code doesnt appear in the bug check list, google does say its something todo with the cryptographic sub-system...Im not sure but I guess your hardware is not running at the right timing/voltage and you might need to clock up your hardware to run it properly...

How many volts if your PSU and can you post some screenshots of CPUZ?

ok heres the picture:

let me note I use to run vista fine, then I formatted again at one point and this started happening, since then have formatted 3-4 times to see if that was problem, something weird is wrong and I have an idea its microsofts fault... also I've never over-clocked any of my components and even though I'm no expert CPU-Z seems fine as well.

wait a minute... wtf? the picture shows my core speed @ 1940.1 while I'm looking at CPU-z and it sayas 2000.1, so disreguard that lol, it's wrong for some reason.
Bus speed and HT link are also off in the picture for some reason??

CPU-z saying this right now as I watch:

Core speed : 2000.1
Bus Speed: 200.0
HT Link: 1000.1

is it right for them to drop below those numbers?? im confused heh.

Ok, heres a new picture of what I'm talking about

, you can compare... for some reason my voltages, core speed and bus speed as well as HT link are fluctuating, not a lot, not constant but is that supposeed to happen?

Also I'm using stock cooling running @ 38c idle. if that matters.

here are my minidump files as well.
as I was typing my last message I got another dump error, like I siad before completely random.

wow that didnt work heh try this.

mmm nobody can read these damn files?
