Vista Lagging!!

Hi!! i have a problem, recently for some reason my Norton 360(AV) got messed up by itself.....so i reinstalled it and still the problem was there; I tried to do a system restore and i was getting an error saying it wasn't succesful...so i tried nearly five times and finally i noticed Norton was blocking it. And after a successful system restore i can still feel the Laggyness. So what i want to know is, is it because of the system restore? Plzzz help....i hate this lagg on my new HP PC(my laptop gave up).

well to be honest i had very laggy laptop soo i done system restore and it had run perfect after that ,,i dont think it would be the restore that has done it have you checked your pc from spy ware and stuff that might be problemm cause i know that norton anit very good AV in some peoples eyes and myself ...

when you say laggy whats laggy extacly ?

in the Tutorial section there is way to speed up your vista performance might hep you
