Vista is not Seeing devices McAfee is

I am trying to connect to a networked computer through a secure network. My network Map does not see the computer, but when I open my McAfee Security Center and select Manage Network, it does see the the other computer.

I have tried changing my work group, unsecuring the network, What else can I do?

have you got network discovery on?
go to network and sharing center and "tick" network discovery.
