I have windows vista HP 64bit currently and for some reason I cant get sound to come out of the speakers I use. My sound card is Sound Blaster Audigy and vista has no issues detecting it. I have been to the creative website and DL'ed drivers but when I come to install it, I get the error 'product can not be found'.
I then DL'ed other drivers which did install and when I go to sound (control panel) I can see the card there but no sound will come out of the speakers.I also have a MS life chat LX-3000 headset which comes with its own sound card I think and I can hear everything out of that but I dont want to be attached to a headset so I can hear my PC.
Any help will be appreciated
edit: solved the issue myself so can some1 delete this post
