I installed Vista Home Premium x64 upgrade on my PC and all was running well. Able to access internet, did vista software updates and was trying to get sound working on system. Uploaded realtek drivers from realtek. I rebooted and the system froze at the Microsoft Corp screen with the green status bar thingy. Waited 5 minutes with nothing happening. Rebooted to the install disc and I got the same problem, even the install disc freezes at the same screen. It seems that there is a problem with the bios not liking something that Microsoft wants to do, but I am not smart enough to know.
