Vista freeze

Hi,

I have very rare problem with my Vista x64.
Some times system freeze, I can move mouse, switch between windows but windows are not refresh, i can't turn task manager or any other new program only switch between existing windows :/

Can anyone help?

You'd better start by running a sfc /scannow
