Vista DEP problems

I have tried alot of things,started about a week after building a new gamming PC(amd 6000+,GB hd4670,asus m3a78-t mobo,1000w cool master psu,and other...)at first all was going fine but then DEP started to close ie so ive put in in exeption.then it started to close games (HL2,EVE online,bioshock , S.T.A.L.K.E.R.)
sometime it take 30 min others 30sec and it is prety random.tried to put it AlwaysOff,worked for IE but was still closing game randomly.i decided to format and start over again. after having all driver instaled i tried 3dmark05 it was then closed by DEP.i tried to put it always off again but same thing. im starting to get upset about this plz help me

P.S. btw ill try game later tonight and i have vista 64 bit prenium

ok i found the problem,i was overclocking (220x15) and it was causing proplem i have put it back to stock (200x15.5)and it is now going ok.i slowly increased my overclock and it restarted having issue at 215x15.5...so at 3.3ghz its starting to have problems.
