Vista CPU Usage Problem Again....

Hello Everyone...

I've been reading all of the posts about this problem but i still can't find the solution.Maybe I don't understand quite well.

Well this is my problem:

Some time ago,i've noticed that my computer is guite slow,and when i open programs or run multiple programs at the same time,the computer is a bit MORE slow,which is not characteristic for Centrino Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1 Mhz Proccessor...

Ive checked in Windows Task Menager (i use Vista Home Premium 32-bit OS) and i've noticed that the CPU usage is going from 90-100%.I Was freaked out

Ive asked some friends for an advise.Some said "What kind of antivirus program u use?" and i said NOD32 (ive scanned with NOD and nothing has been detected like a threat or a virus),and then i installed Avast! becouse it has a pre-boot scan,but again nothing was found...

Then i desided to read some forums and i came along this forum...

Ive been reading about the 100% Vista CPU usage problems,but i still dont understand...

So ive tried the following:

I opened the Temp file in Windows folder under My Computer and i erased all of the files,and those files that say "Cannot Delete Becouse Its Used By Another Program!" are possibly viruses...so i opened task menager and i was looking for some processes that are probablly connected with the "non-eraseable" files and have disabled them..
Then i go back to the Temp folder and have erased the files...
BUT the problem that i dont understand is when i reboot my system the susspicious files are again in the Temp folder AND PROBABLY CAUSING PROBLEMS...


Thats some of the actions i took about fixing my CPU high usage...BUT AGAIN NOTHING SUCCESFUL...

Ive Tried downloading some programs that would help me fix my registry or fix svchost.exe like RegGenie or Registry TuneUp but than again they all have a payment method and ofcourse i dont have a credit card

So,The Conclusion is that i dont know if i have i virus,and if i have which antivirus program will detect it,i dont know how to reduce the CPU usage to normal becouse i have quite awsome proccessor and the situation im in IS NOT NORMAL...

And Here We Are in the end...Im desperate,and i ask for help from you guys...

I'm having a similar problem, but I doubt mine is caused by a virus. Still, I'm gonna get some scans done and see if it helps. I haven't really seen anything to figure out what causes it other than using task manager or resource manager.
