Vista and Expressions web and browser

Hi,
I use Expressions web and when I create a webpage In Vista it does not show up right if viewed on desktops with reg Windows. If I fit it to the normal Windows then it is messed up on my laptop Vista computer. Help please.....

I meant to say on my desktop and my husbands laptop which is windows it is fine. If I fix it to show right on this laptop which is Vista it is a mess.
